MRCE Dispolok has developed its unique full service package since 2001. This means abundant knowledge and experience to optimise full service in order to minimise your risks.

 

MRCE Dispolok works with a dense network of certified workshop partners and has its own mobile service teams to handle your locomotive. The concept is “Maintenance goes to the locomotive”: the most appropriate maintenance workshop is always selected for each individual locomotive in the vicinity of your transport operation. This avoids the time-consuming return transport to the home stations and the locomotive is ready to go again as soon as possible after maintenance.

 

MRCE Dispolok’s mobile service teams go wherever your locomotive needs them and carry out the maintenance on site just-in-time to the greatest degree possible. In addition to this, the maintenance schedule can be adjusted in accordance with your operation timetable, for example, by utilising idling or loading periods in trans-shipment stations.

 


Extensive spare parts stock with rapid response logistics and stand-by of spare locomotives makes the offer unique.

 

MRCE Dispolok attaches the highest importance to having sufficient spare parts to provide its full service packages on its own. To ensure the immediate delivery of spare parts, MRCE Dispolok takes care of spare parts stock and logistics as a one-stop shop.

 

The full service concept also includes the provision of a replacement locomotive, if a repair job takes longer.

 

If there is a problem, mobile service teams can communicate directly the locomotive via the Internet. Faults can thus be analysed immediately and eliminated as soon as possible. The locomotive driver is in contact with MRCE Dispolok via the integrated mobile phone or the fax machine.
